MOST to organise an ECSS Workshop in Brussels |

Together with its partners for the 3S Consortium and under umbrella of the European Community for Software and Software Services (the ECSS), MOST will organise a workshop in Brussels entitled: "Europe's challenges in the software services area… and what can be done about them."
The workshop will be collocated with the European Services, Software and Grid Technology Days organised by the European Commission and will take place in Brussels on 28 September 2007.
The aim of the 3S Workshop is to ensure that the 3S Green Paper, an action paper meant for the European Commission, includes strategic judgements and guidelines that are shared by the widest possible range of ERA stakeholders active in the software services field.
The main purpose of this workshop is to contribute to the 3S consortium’s effort of generating a set of policy recommendations that, once implemented, would help the European research and industry respond to the key challenges in the area of software services.
