Polish Norwegian Seminar on Benchmarking Mobile Platforms |

On the 15th and 16th June 2009 will take place an event, which is organised by the BRAMA Laboratory in cooperation with SINTEF.
The event entitled Benchmarking mobile platforms is specifically aimed to collect and share knowledge on the performance, security and usability of mobile platforms.
Benchmarking Mobile Platforms event will be composed of 4 main blocks:
- Interactive seminar: to introduce the richness of mobile platforms and discuss possible developments in the field of the mobile market.
- ANDROID Hands-on workshop: to introduce the
Android Mobile Platform and study its business potential, present
system architecture, and assist MOPS participants in their first
application development process - DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR LAPTOP!
- Networking meeting: a happy-hours format targeted
at free exchange of thoughts on the issues covered by the event, with
presentations of ANDROID application and a word by a Venture Capital
representative.
- MOPS AWARD CONTEST opening: to
encourage students to develop for mobile devices by organising a
prize-awarded contest for development teams (the contest will be
offiacially launched during the MOPS event).
